You can send funds to your Noor Account via Bank Transfer to our NBAD, Emirates NBD or Al Masraf Bank Accounts. Please check Noor Capital Bank account information by logging in to your myNoor Private Cabinet here. The transaction itself cannot be done via the Traders Area. You use your own banking facilities to transfer funds. National and International Bank Transfers takes between 1-3 business days to be confirmed, therefore your trading account will be credited after funds have cleared at our bank. Please quote your Noor Capital TAN [Trading Account Number] as a reference, when making payment to us.
If you are depositing in a currency different from USD and AED, we recommend you to contact your bank for advice on conversion rates and charges which may occur before the funds reach us. If we receive funds in a currency, which differs from the currency of your trading account, we will use our closing rates to allocate the funds. CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
The quickest and easiest way to deposit funds with Noor Capital is to use a Credit Card, since successfully authorized payments will be credited to your account instantly. To fund your Noor Capital account using a Credit Card requires you to login to the secure myNoor Private Cabinet, and select the Credit Card option. You may only use a card in your own name and from a personal account, not a business card or corporate account.
Third party payments are prohibited, which also means no family members or friends are to send funds on your behalf.
Noor Capital complies with International Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and to protect you and ourselves from any fraud, we may request additional information such as proof of identity, copy of bank statement or other relevant documents from you before any withdrawal can be processed. Any and all deposits will always be returned to the original source from which they were received by Noor Capital.
